My Tech High (MyTechHigh), the pioneering education company founded by Matt and Amy Bowman in 2009, has officially rebranded as OpenEd.

For 15 years, the Bowmans have been at the forefront of personalized learning through My Tech High. Their powerful idea - letting families find the best education for their kids, free of cost - has grown from 92 families in the first year to serving over 100,000 students cumulatively across multiple states, all through partnerships with innovative public and charter schools.

Why My Tech High Became OpenEd

This explosive growth reflects a seismic shift in K-12 education. No longer are parents limited to the local public school, private academies, or homeschooling. They're now mixing and matching from a buffet of options, creating custom learning journeys for each child.
