What are your hours?

Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MT. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

When I reach out, who will respond to my questions?

A real person from our team who understands the joys and challenges of personalized learning will respond to you—never a chatbot or automated system. Depending on your question, you might hear from an education guide, a curriculum specialist, or a parent support coordinator.

How quickly can I expect a response?

We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays. We know that when you're making decisions about your child's education, waiting can be difficult. If your question is urgent, please mention that in your message, and we'll prioritize it.

What if I'm not sure what to ask?

That's completely normal! Many families come to us knowing they want something different but aren't sure about the specific questions to ask. Our team is skilled at helping you clarify what matters most to your family. Even a simple "I'm exploring options and not sure where to start" is perfect—we'll guide the conversation from there.

What if I need specialized support for my child's learning needs?

Our team includes educators with experience supporting diverse learning needs. When you reach out, sharing a bit about your child's learning style helps us connect you with the team member best equipped to support your specific situation.
